Eyebrow Tattooing vs Microblading?
Both Eyebrow Tattooing (or Digital Permanent Makeup) and Microblading are forms of Permanent Makeup, but use different methods to implant the pigment into the skin. With microblading, we manually use a super fine blade to create cuts into the skin which look like hairstrokes.
For Digital Permanent Makeup, we use an electronically powered machine and a needle, which is more similar to a conventional tattoo (but much less aggressive and the pigment is not implanted as deeply). We can achieve a wider range of effects with Digital Permanent Makeup such as shading, ombré and also super natural hairstrokes.
Both Microblading and Digital Brows are incredible treatments for enhancing your brows, whether you have lots of natural eyebrow hair or none at all.

If you are looking for something a little more defined or usually fill your brows in every day with conventional makeup, Powder or Ombré Brows are a great choice. For Powder and Ombré Brows our Artists use a specialised shading technique to create a mist of colour across the full brow giving a powdery finish. Always bespoke, this effect can be tailored to you and made as bold or as subtle as you desire!
For Powder Brows we use one consistent colour through the whole brow. For Ombré Brows we gradually build up colour from the front of the brow, with more colour density towards the tail – creating a gradient effect.
This treatment is also a fantastic option if you are looking to cover up old Permanent Makeup.

A technique that was first discovered thousands of years ago using a super fine microblade to etch lines into the skin that flow in the same direction as your own hairs, this is the ideal brow look for those who want an extra natural and soft effect with the pigment being placed into a higher layer of the skin.
Consult with your technician beforehand, as microblading isn’t suitable for all skin types and you may be better off with the Combo Brows.
